Stuart R. Crichton is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Crichton received his law degree from Vermont Law School in 2001.  Mr. Crichton has been primarily focused in the area of criminal defense work.  He has provided representation to persons accused of a wide variety of crimes including Homicide, Economic Crime, Drugs, Sex Offenses, Assault and other types of alleged misconduct.  He has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials. Additionally, Mr. Crichton has handled a variety of appeals before the appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.   

He was a partner for Donatoni and Crichton having worked at the firm since the beginning of 2012.  From 2003 to 2012 he worked for the Office of the Public Defender of Chester County as an Assistant Public Defender.

Mr. Crichton grew up in Chester County Pennsylvania having attended and graduated from Westtown School in 1994.  Mr. Crichton received his undergraduate degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois with a major in Economics in 1998.
